As a result, we offer a lifetime guarantee on all such items. However, please note that this guarantee only applies to domestic use and not commercial use. Also, it does not cover damage caused by misuse, willful damage, neglect, accidental damage, or bespoke items.

Our products are not designed to withstand extreme heat such as open fires, stoves or radiators as this can cause the wood to distort. It's important to note that wood is a natural material and will experience natural amounts of movement, which is considered typical. Please be aware that our lifetime guarantee does not cover this.

Please see our products and materials section of our T's and C's for information on what we deem acceptable in our products. A brief overview, however, is that wood being of natural origin, small amounts of movement such as surface cracks, shrinkage, swelling and minor twists should be expected and we feel adds to the character of your products. Larger cracks and twists which would deem the product unusable will be covered by our guarantee.
